About Us
Sopher's Landing Marina was established 40+ years ago by the Sopher's family, and stayed within the family until 2014, when Eric Gratton purchased the marina as a new endeavor for he and his family. Eric has maintained many of the services offered before his time as owner, while adding to the ever changing demands of the marine industry.
Sopher's Landing Marina strives to offer efficient and timely service to long time clients, as well as newcomers. We look forward to continuing to serve our community for many years to come!

Ice Fishing Huts: Our huts are spacious, and are equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, a wood stove, and a propane cooking stove. Please email for pricing and availability.

Pontoon Tours
Take a cruise on the Trent Severn in our new pontoon boat. A captain will chauffeur you and your guests for 4 hours, while you take in the beauty of Sparrow Lake and the Severn River.
You have two time slots to choose from:
11am - 3pm
Leave Sophers Landing Marina to Lock 43 (Biggest lock on the Trent Severn Waterway) Here you will find picnic tables and a restroom. From here we will travel to Lauderdale Point Marina for Lunch or Ice Cream & then a tour of Sparrow Lake before coming back to Sophers.
4pm - 8pm
First stop Deep Bay! Go for a swim in the deep fresh water. Then on to Lauderdale Point Marina for dinner or an Ice cream. From there we will go for a nice cruise up the river past the Swing Bridge to Lock 42. Catch the sunset on the way back!
