Does Sopher's Landing have a public launch for boats, barges, and kayaks?
Our private launch is available to our boat slip-renting customers free of charge. If you are looking to launch your boat, barge, or kayak at our launch, there is a fee of $10.00 to launch, and $10.00 to haul out. We have an 'Honour Box' at our waterfront with instructions.
Sparrow Lake is well-known for its Walleye, Pike and Perch, and Bass, during the Summer and ice-fishing seasons.
Do you have available parking?
We have free waterfront parking for our boat slip-renting customers. If you are looking for parking for daily launching, we do have an alternate roadside parking lot for boaters and kayakers. Please see the images below. Check out our Honour Box, or feel free to email or call us for more information.
Do you sell fuel?
We do sell fuel, but we do not have a fuel dock. If you need fuel, please visit or contact us during business hours. As we are unable to provide dock-side fuel, please bring your own portable jerry can. fuel, but we do not have a fuel dock. Do you sell firewood?
We sell firewood! The firewood is located at the waterfront, beside the honour box. You may pay cash at the honour box, or you can pay debit/credit at the office.
