What species of fish are in the Sparrow Lake?
Sparrow Lake is well-known for its Walleye, Pike and Perch, and Bass, during the Summer and ice-fishing seasons.
Do you sell fuel?
We do sell fuel, but we do not have a fuel dock. If you are in need of fuel, please visit or contact us during business hours. As we are not able to provide docks-side fuel, provide your own portable jerry can.
​​​Is Sopher's Landing a public launch for boats, barges, and kayaks?

Our launch is accessible to our boat slip-renting customers free of charge. If you are looking to launch your boat, barge, or kayak at our launch, there is a fee of $15.00 to launch, and $15.00 to haul out. We have an 'Honour Box' at our waterfront with instructions.
Do you sell firewood?
We sell firewood! The firewood is located at the waterfront, beside the honour box. You may pay cash at the honour box, or you can pay debit/credit at the office.

Do you have parking?
We have free waterfront parking for our boat slip-renting customers. If you are looking for parking for day launching, we do have an alternate parking lot for boaters and kayakers. Please check out our Honour Box, email, or call us for more information.
